Focus
The focus of our research is to determine whether post-
traumatic stress disorder in former military personnel can
affect their quality of life. Because this disorder can cause
great sequelae in people who present it.
¿ Can post-traumatic stress in an ex-military

Post-traumatic stress disorder is an anxiety disorder, with a relatively
frequent lifetime prevalence, representing the late response to an
extreme or catastrophic event that produces psychological
disturbances. Emotionally strong experiences transform the human
being and even while there are individuals who after undergoing
experiences of this type manage to overcome them without great
consequences being evident, others, on the contrary, seem to remain
forever in the event.

Our objective is to collect data from a respective sample, in which the observation and the interviews
acquired are a source of data collection.
Population
Former military personnel who have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder

Inclusion and exclusion criteria of the sample
For the preparation of this research, the following Inclusion and Exclusion criteria have been established.
• Inclusion criteria
They include ex-military men, diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder in the fifth brigade.
• Exclusion criteria
People with any other type of mental disorder other than post-traumatic stress disorder are excluded.
Instruments and techniques for collecting information
In this research, the survey will be used, which has a type of open questions, which allows us to
inquire about thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and thus allowing participants to express feelings and
opinions on the subject of post-traumatic stress and the connotation In their lifes
