◈ After 2 practice rounds, the price wars was
inevitable. (192/425)
Result
◈ New prices were set based on the conjoint analysis.
◈ Specific segments were targeted based on the
product characteristics, that is, Shoppers and Saver
for Noon; and Professionals and High Earners for
Nova.
◈ Commercial teams were allocated to various stores
based on customer preferences.
