SIMPLE SENTENCES
A simple sentences is the most basic sentences that we
have in english. It has just one independent clause and
dependent clause, which means only one subject and one
tenses.

A simple sentences has the most basic elements that


make it a sentence : - subject
- verb
- object
- adverb
• Example

 She Eats

SHE = SUBJECT
EATS = VERB

She Eats Banana in the Living Room


she = subject banana = object
eats = verb living room = adverb
COMPOUND SENTENCES
A compound
sentence is a sentence
that has at least two
independent clauses
joined by a comma,
semicolon, or
conjuction. And it
connection with
coordinating
conjuction.

A complex sentences is a
sentece with an one

more a dependent clause. It is
one of the four main types of
sentences structures.

In a complex sentences, The


INDEPENDENT CLAUSE
shares the main information,
and he DEPENDENT CLAUSE
provide details.
• EXAMPLE

Independent clauses are RED, and dependent clauses


are PURPLE.
1. When the dog went to the country fair, he Will ate
popcorn.
2. If the dog goes to the country fair, he will eat
popcorn.
3. The dog went to the country fair after he smalled
popcorn.
4. The dog went to the country fair when he smelled
the popcorn
