FROSTED GLASS PATTERN
PA and lateral chest X-ray. Micronodular infiltrate on the base. Diffuse density increase that reveals the
vascular component (frosted glass) of basal and central predominant.
X-ray of the abdomen without significant alterations

FROSTED GLASS PATTERN
Chest X-ray Consolidation area of the pulmonary parenchyma in the lower left lobe

NODULRES PATTERNS
Chest x-ray showing multiple images of cavitated lung nodules in both lung fields

NODULRES PATTERNS
Solitary pulmonary nodule (Rx PA of thorax): 1.- Image of slight increase in density, nodular, superimposed with third right anterior
costal arch. Throughout the consecutive controls it has demonstrated benign behavior. Multiple pulmonary nodules (Chest Rx

NODULRES PATTERNS
Solitary pulmonary nodule (Rx PA of thorax): Images of increased density, regular edges and rounded morphology, occupy
both lung parenchyma and are distributed in a balloon release pattern. The most likely etiology is metastatic.

MOSAIC PATTERN
Mosaic dimming pattern. Heterogeneous patched aspect of pulmonary attenuation in which they alter areas of
greater and lesser density

MOSAIC PATTERN
High resolution cuts that show patched areas of higher density respecting the lobular limits. The areas
with the lowest density show a smaller number and size of vascular structures, a characteristic finding
of the "Perfusion Mosaic“
