Robert Kiyosaki (born April 8,

1947) - American businessman,
investor, author of a number of
books on self-development,
teacher, motivational speaker,
financial columnist on Yahoo
Finance. Kiyosaki is the founder
of Rich Dad Company — a
private education company
offering personal Finance
training and business education.
 Kim and Robert Kiyosaki married in
1984. Kim is author of the book
«Rich women» .

Kiyosaki is a representative of the

4th generation of Japanese who
moved to the United States. His
mother, Marjorie, was a nurse.
Father Ralph had a Ph. D., studied
at the University of Chicago,
Stanford, and served as the state's
Secretary of education.
 After graduating from Hilo high school in 1965, Robert entered the
merchant marine Academy in new York city. After graduating from the
Academy, he worked for Standard oil of California for 3 months. Went to
the Vietnam war. For his service in Vietnam, he was awarded the Air
medal. In June 1974, Robert Kiyosaki got a job as a sales agent for the
Xerox Corporation, and in 1977 started his business and launched the
first company that sold small leather and nylon products.
