1.Anamnesis
the important thing we can get from
anamnesis is:
•when trauma happen
•how the process of trauma
•wheres the part of body or head have trauma
•how the feeling of trauma patient
3.Neurologic Examination
a. Dermatom
The point we can check is C3, C6-8, T4, T8, T10,
T12, L4, L5, S1, S3, S4 and S4
b. Miotom
The point we can check is C5, C6, C7, C8, T1, L2,
L3, L4, S1, L5

4.Radiological Examination
Neck and chest trauma we can use CT Scan, MRI
and Xray
