G.K Quiz
 THE PROCEDURE
•Its going to be almost a full month event in which Our team will visit
various Schools and arrange a written test in the School. Students from
Standard 9th to 12th will be the participants.

•The participants would be from ISC,CBSE & UP Board.

•The top three of the students of each school will form the official team
for that School

•These teams will then participate in the Inter College Quiz

Competition’s Preliminary rounds.

•Preliminary rounds will be followed by the Quarter and the Semis and
the Mega Finals

•Results will be displayed on the website .

 THE CONCEPT
• General knowledge proficiency is a vital personal and societal
asset.  Only broadly knowledgeable citizens can make informed
decisions on complex issues, and form their views in
appropriate contexts.

• Achieving a personal “critical mass” of general knowledge is not

quite the same thing as academic learning or achievement.  For
one thing, general knowledge has no defined boundaries and
includes many information fields, like popular culture and news
events, that are rarely treated academically.  Also, gaining and
maintaining a sufficient grasp of general knowledge requires
continuing effort and commitment.  New facts emerge every day
that a well-informed person should be aware of.

• All those students who participate will be given a gift in
addition to the certificate of participation

• All the students who be will part of final round will get a

1st Trophy + Rs.10,000 cash
2nd Trophy + Rs. 5,000 cash
3rd Trophy + Rs. 2,500 cash

If you organization wishes to distribute any gift from you side to the
participants at any level then it will be always welcomed.
 Figurative
• Considering that at an average of 50 students take part
from 40 colleges respectively. The total number of
expected participants will be 2,000.

• The posters for this event will be timely placed in all the
+2 schools of Jhansi.

• Starting from the preliminary round to final round we

expect to witness an audience of some 5,000 people.

• Direct access to approximately all the student base of +2

level.
