GLOBAL WARMING IS A LONG-TERM RISE IN THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE OF THE EARTH'S CLIMATE SYSTEM, AN ASPECT OF
CLIMATE CHANGE SHOWN BY TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENTS AND
BY MULTIPLE EFFECTS OF THE WARMING.
To date, the vast majority of scientists believe that the cause of global
warming is human activity. It is also necessary to understand that
warming is a common averaged trend: temperature variations occur
unevenly depending on the season and area. Moreover, sometimes in
some seasons the climate even gets colder. For example, in Ukraine
temperatures in the winter increased significantly more than in the
summer. Over the last hundred years, the average air temperature over
the dryland has risen, it is claimed, more than half a degree. Some
researchers believe that global warming is a myth, part of scientists reject
the possibility of human influence on this process. There are those who
do not deny the fact of warming and admits its anthropogenic nature, but
does not agree that the most dangerous of the impacts on the climate are
industrial emissions of greenhouse gases.
GEOMAGNETIC INVERSION
Geomagnetic inversion is the change in
the Earth's magnetic field. There is a
change in the magnetic poles - the
southern geomagnetic pole becomes
northern and vice versa. At the
moment of the poles change, there
will be a sharp weakening of the
magnetic field: this will lead to a
jump-like rise in solar radiation.
Cosmic rays will kill everything
alive or cause mutations. All
electrical, navigational and
communication devices and
satellites that are in the earth's orbit
will collapse. Migratory animals,
birds and insects will lose
orientation. At the same time, in
advance, calculate where the land
will be, and where the sea, it is
impossible.
FOREST FIRES
Among the causes of forest fires
the main thing is anthropogenic
factor, high air temperature, low
rainfall. Every year the fire
department prepares for a fire
hazard period: together with the
local councils, operational and
mobilization plans are being
developed and approved in
case of large forest fires,
firefighting gaps and
mineralized strips are being
erected by state forestry
departments, care is provided
for stripes and ruptures that
were laid down earlier.
TSUNAMI
A tsunami or tidal wave, also known as a seismic sea wave, is a series of waves in a water
body caused by the displacement of a large volume of water, generally in an ocean or a
large lake. The reason for most of the tsunami is an underwater earthquake, during which
there is a displacement of the seabed. Usually occurs from three to five waves, the
second or third strongest. Volcanic eruptions account for about 5% of all tsunamis.
Tsunami may also arise from powerful submarine and surface blasts. The fall of a fairly
significant meteorite can also lead to a tsunami.
FLOODS
The rivers of Ukraine are
characterized by a spring flood.
The reason is the melting of
snow accumulated at the
catchment during the winter. As
a rule, the result is a significant
increase in water levels. The
reason - this happens on the
rivers as a result of an increase in
the flow of water through rains,
melting snow, etc. In lakes or
reservoirs - as a result of excess
water inflow above the leak. The
negative effects of floods and
floods are manifested in 27 per
cent of the territory of Ukraine.
TORNADO
A tornado is a rapidly rotating column of air that is in contact with both the surface of the
Earth and a cumulonimbus cloud or, in rare cases, the base of a cumulus cloud. The
windstorm is often referred to as a twister, whirlwind or cyclone, although the word
cyclone is used in meteorology to name a weather system with a low-pressure area in
the center around which winds blow counterclockwise in the Northern Hemisphere
and clockwise in the Southern.
