To Understand About Our Program:
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• We strive to treat our players like they are
our sons.

• We coach Hard, Loud, and Aggressively.

You are welcome to observe us at any
time, but be aware.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• Football is a Loud, Tough, Disciplined, and
Emotional Game. We coach it the same
way.

• We believe, stress, and teach our

priorities…Safety 1st, Fundamentals 2nd,
Fun 3rd.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• We require your child’s undivided attention
when we are teaching.

• The team ALWAYS comes first.

Preferential treatment is shown only to
those who display commitment to the team
and genuine love for their teammates.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM

• We may require your child to be more

disciplined than you do.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• We don’t play kids to make them happy.
Athletes are played because they have…
• 1. Great Attitude
• 2. Do the things required of them (& more)
• 3. Add the most value to the team
• 4. Understand their role on the team
• 5. Their #1 goal is to make the team better
• 6. They do the job better than someone else
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• A parent’s influence or social position makes
no difference in playing time

• College-potential positions occur ONLY if it’s

best for our team.

• Evaluation of your child happens 24 / 7. “A

clean day of living does not make a clean life!”
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• We MUST have athletes train with us
during the summer…NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• Weight Training Program begins on
MONDAY, JUNE 14th – website
will post more info.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• If we are blessed to receive media
publicity, it will be used to promote our
team, our school, and our community.

• When concerning game systems,

remember that we are striving to utilize our
best players in the position that they help
us in the most.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• Lastly…all I ask of parents this year is to
GET EVEN MORE INVOLVED
“Feed The Spirit; Feel The Pride”

• If you need to meet with me, schedule a

meeting with me in advance. Remember
our philosophy when evaluating a
situation…the team comes first.
LANCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM
• My door is always open and so is my
mind; please have the same attitude when
meeting with me.

• Let’s have fun this season!

BE AS ONE – PLAY AS ONE!
