This is the ovrelap of our Sai deepa's 8 1/2” Bearing and other features

in 8 1/2” JF lug forging developed recently by Cenerg.

-Need to remove around 24mm on the shirttail. Due to this the nozzle
boss also will get machined.
-Otherthan that the remaining gaps, positions are ok.
This is the ovrelap of our Sai deepa's 8 1/2” Bearing and other features
in 8 5/8” JF lug forging which is obsolete in Cenerg.
-No material on Pin face and Neck portion.
-Need to remove around 7mm on the shirttail. Otherthan that the
remaining gaps, positions can be ok.
This is the ovrelap of our Sai deepa's 8 1/2” Bearing and other features in 9” JF lug
forging, developed by Cenerg, which we already using.
-Less material on Pin face and Neck portion.
(Option:: Material can be added in Neck & pin face portion with weld material.)
-Need to remove around 15mm on the shirttail. Otherthan that the remaining gaps,
positions can be adjusted.
