THE HOUSE KIT: DESCRIPTION

• The residential units construction, we have called “The House

Kit”, is based in drywall type construction systems, developes
more than 100 years ago.
• The walls are self supported. They form a composed structure
thanks to the union between metallic profiles and drywall plates.
• For the construction of Facades, exterior walls and wet zones fiber
cement structural plates are used; and for inside dry zones plaster
plates are used.
THE HOUSE KIT: DESCRIPTION

• The assembly is done with self drilling screws, for the structure
itself and for the fixation of the plates
• The internal joints are sealed with cellulose special tapes and
elastic plaster, exterior joints are sealed with flexible putty.
• The residential units can be finished with any kind of Paint or
coating procedure the client desire.

THE HOUSE KIT: CARACHTERISTICS

• THE HOUSE KIT is a very flexible construction system, that allows

the design of any architectural scheme from one to four stories.
• The structure is conformed by profiles of thin sheet of galvanized
steel.
• It’s a seismic resistant system, and have been designed for
hurricane conditions .
THE HOUSE KIT: CARACHTERISTICS

The plumbing and electrical networks are installed between the

sheets, across the profiles that are punched in standard positions.
The mounting time per unit of one or tow stories is around 7 days
after the foundation slab is finished.
The House Kit include every pipe, profile, sheet of drywall, toilet
accessories, roof elements, painting and finishing materials and if
needed appliances like stove, water heater or oven. Also wood
furniture has been included in some occasions.

 Is stronger, lighter and more stable than wood, cement and other
traditional materials used in construction
