How to produce finished goods?

 Producing Finished Goods - Notes

Notes :

1. Learner have to know the BOM ( Bill of materials) of each product.

2. Learner have to buy raw materials according to BOM as much as how many learner want to
produce the finished goods.
3. Learner then have to buy machine.
4. The machine will produce automatically as long as the raw materials available and sufficient.
5. The finished goods produced will be placed into the warehouse automatically.
Checking the BOM (Bill of Material)
1. Learner can click the “i” tab
to show the “config” sub
tab.

2. Learner then can click the

“Config” sub tab to reveal the
“MonsoonSIM Config”

3. Learner can search “PRD”

and click the number next to
it.

4. Learner can now see the BOM

of each product.
How to Buy Raw Materials
1. Learner can click the
“Warehouse/Logistic” tab
to show the “Procure Raw
Material” sub tab.

2. Learner then can click the

“Procure Raw Materials” sub tab to
buy raw materials.

3. A “Raw Material Purchase” Pop

out will appear. Learner will then
decide the preferred vendor,location
and quantity of raw material. Then,
learner click “submit to generate the
PO.

7. A PO will be
generated, learner
can then decide
whether to approve
the PO or reject it.

Learner can check available of
finished goods and raw
materials of each product here
Monitoring Production capacity
1. Learner can click the “Production”
tab to show the “Production” sub tab.

2. Learner then can click the

“Production” sub tab to view the
graph of overall production capacity. 3. Learner can monitor here to
know when the products
have been produced and
how many quantity that have
been produced as well.
Monitoring daily production
1. Learner can click the
“Production” tab to show the
“Daily Production” sub tab.

2. Learner then can click the “ Daily

Production” sub tab to review the
daily production of machines.

daily production amount
