PROCEDURE

• Teacher trainee motivated the student wearing the shirt without help of others
• Teacher trainee made the student to observe the demonstration of wearing a shirt
• The teacher trainee made the student to take the shirt in right hand
• The teacher trainee made the student to hold the shirt collar with right hand
• The teacher trainee made the student to hold the shirt collar in right hand and insert left hand in left hand hole
• The teacher trainee made the student to insert right hand in the same way and adjusted the shit properly.
• Teacher trainee provides physical and verbal assistance to the student whenever it is needs
• Teacher trainee gradually removed her assistance and made the student to wear the shirt on his own
• Teacher trainee rewards the student for his performance whenever wears his shirt on his own.
• Teacher trainee followed up whether he wears the shirt on his own daily at home
GRAPH AND EVALUATION
EVALUATION

“Student did not cooperate in the beginning. As training was given regularly he improved in wearing the shirt on his own. The
teacher trainee involved him in wearing the shirt through appropriate motivation. The child was able to wearing the shirt by self.
He cooperated very well gradually. Student was able to perform this skill and scored 80% at the end of training .”
CONCLUSION
• An IEP should not only include goals or outcomes set for a student that require modifications or adaptations; but
also ways to track achievements in relation to those goals .Tracking all of these goals can be overwhelming, so
it’s important to find a way that works for everyone involved including the learning support teachers, classroom
teacher and educational assistant.
• The teacher trainee selected the child M. Vishnu 7 year’s old boy having cerepheral palsy with intellectual
disability from (SRC) School Readiness Programmed Centre in kallupatti Government Higher Secondary
School. The selection is made through observation and then collected all the information about the child from his
mother and teachers. After that the child has been assessed by using Functional Assessment Checklist for
Programming. The detailed assessment report showed the strength and limitation of the student. The teacher
trainee selected 5 Goals for this child and gave intervention for 3months
• The child showed significant progress in all the 5 Goals selected. The teacher trainee suggested for further
continuous training for his development and necessary follow up.
