development industry by providing solutions and services to answer problems
involving fast developing of land areas and the scarcity of rice and or other food
sources.
● The team have been conducted researches, interviews and surveys about farming
in the rural and urban areas. Some of the problems that the firm wants to
address is the lack of knowledge on the profound ways of farming even if you
only have limited land area.

different ways of handling, propagation and applying different modern and
effective methods of farming in urban and rural areas answering the problem on
scarcity and high cost of food sources.

● Due to high amount of rice and other food sources, lots of people are having a
hard time to provide food for themselves. The team would like to apply newest
ways of farming/planting that will enable to answer the problems on scarcity
of food and its high cost.
● Landscaping has been a new way being used to design different types of
houses. And giving ideas and proposals were to be done by the HOTC AGRI
CONSULTANCY to give insights on how to make farming/planting be a
wonderful substitute for landscaping.

countries, and teaching new agricultural techniques.
