Books On Wheels, or BOW for
short, is a youth-led initiative
that aims to raise funds for the
recent victims of Bagyo Rolie
and Ulysess by selling donated
books throughout Iloilo City.
The books that we receive will
then be repackaged, stored, and
displayed on a mobile van
