What are the cures?
There's currently no cure for Parkinson's disease, but treatments are available to
help relieve the symptoms and maintain your quality of life.

● Supportive therapies, such as physiotherapy

● Surgery

Treatment
Treatments for Parkinson’s Disease

● The currently available Parkinson’s Disease medications can’t slow or stop the
progression of the disease but they can ease symptoms and help them to continue
doing much of what you have always done.

● The most important point is that treatment regiments need to be individualized


because each cases of PD aren’t all the same. So people with PD has to work closely
with their doctors to determine which medication or combinations of therapies works
best for each patient
