EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
•Business name and location:- 
•Our business name is sports event organization business. which is located in Mumbai
near HIRANANDANI ESTATE POWAI.
•The products and services offered:-
•Our company is organizing an indoor marathon for women’s. where each and every
participants are offered by (muscle blaze beginner protein). Which will help them in
muscle building. 
•We will be serving them energy drinks like (BCAA and electrons) between the session.
We are also going to give them offers on muscle blaze if they want to buy more then
one.
•The purpose of our plan:-
•The purpose was to organize an event for women. We organized this event for the
encouragement of women towards sport sector and also For the uplift of women. The 
purpose of our plan was to help the socially challenged people. we also plan to give
our 70% profit to the NGO’S which are helping the people who are suffering from
social issues.

•our group had 7 meetings to arrive at one final idea. We got many ideas during the meetings, we got
18 ideas in all 7 meetings. We analyzed on various topics.

setting and achieveing targets and moving beyond
our limits in life, business and technology enabling
people to achieve their highest goals in sports.
• HISTORY OF OUR ORGANISATION:-  
• History is always a cordial part in an individual’s  life. Similarly, establishment of a
company wasn’t a piece of cake inclusive of all the struggles behind the upliftment
of an infrastructure, planning, controlling and directing. Before we had our first
meeting, members took some days to think on it and came up with ideas. For many
days, we discussed on each ideas brought up by each members. We got 6-7 ideas
approximately by altogether and after that we mutually agreed upon one idea.
Being amateur in this field it was really very difficult for all of us to come up with
different ideas and work on it. During these project we got to learn many things
and we will continue to.

PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICE
DESCRIPTION
• Our company is organizing an indoor marathon which is only for women's
where participants will be participating in the "GOLD" gym.
•  We have come across this idea due to covid-19 where all these precautions
will be in consider and make the place as safe as possible in this particular
event. 
• The participants will receive a time slot day before the event once they have
registered in our system the time limit for this particular event it before using
the treadmill it will be thoroughly sanitized and there will be a gap of  one
treadmill in this event so there will be no casualties during this particular
event. 
• This event will be of 15 kilometres marathon race where each of the
participants will receive energy drink like BCAA and electrons between the
session in this particular event we are focusing on the fitness of women as it
has been neglected due to this pandemic. 
• We have also organized special offers with the gym and special prices so it
could attract all the women's out there so to enable this particular offer with
the gym which is 30% discount on yearly  membership. the particular
participant has to complete 10 kilometer with in 60 minutes and to win the
bumper price the participant has to complete 15 km as soon as possible but
the time limit for it is is one and half hour which is 90 minutes the participant
has to report half an hour before the race.

• The advantage we will have from others is  here we are encouraging women empowerment it and fitness
which has been neglected time to time 
•  By participating in this event women will also know where does their physical fitness stands out there so
that they can develop on their self for a better version of themselves
• this particular event will be held in closed doors where only the participant and the managing team will be
taking care of everything 
• As of now this is the first event which our company has been organizing for the welfare and development
of women if it is a big hit the next event will be based  on men's powerlifting competition
• as of the mission of our company is to have a better and fit India not just in terms of education but both
physically and mentally.
•  We will be having particular time slots so it would be feasible for most of the women's out there and
the winner will be announced the next day of this event. The winner has to you come to the particular
gym where she was associated and collect the cash prize and the special bumper prize coming and click
pictures.

competitors. But we can  face competition from the Tata marathon and the
pinkathon. We have started this organization for the upliftment of women's
by organizing a marathon. But, As we take this organization forward we will
face a lot of competition in this field.

• The main objective of the organization is only to encourage the
women's to take part in this marathon and stay fit .The women's
whoever participates will get the opportunity to win the competition
and grabs the best discount available. The marathon will be of 15 km.
Participants who are able to complete 10 km in an hour will be eligible
for the discount. First Second and Third places will get some additional
rewards and prizes. The marathon will be conducted on treadmills. Our
main competitors in this field Is 
• Tata marathon and Pinkathon. They just work for the endurance of the
people but we will give opportunities to the women's and work on their
strength.

• It is newly open organization which will work for the upliftment of the
women. There is no demand now for our service because it's our very
first event. But as our organization continue to work there will be great
impact on  the women's and there will be a great demand of our service
in the market.

the runners from all over Mumbai. If they win or complete the marathon on time they can get the

• *How much money you have now and how will you be using it? 
• A budget is a forecast or plan ,which helps to regulate the operations of an event over a given period of time .The budget is crucial
for the event .in order to develop the budget it is very important to start from the beginning and compile a list of essential costs. 
•      Right now we have 1 lakh rupees which is huge amount and we will be using it 
• For promotion/advertising  we have to pay internet sites such as Instagram ads, google ads etc
• For banner printing ,custom t-shirts, uniform, badges etc
• For prize distribution , 1st ranker will get 7000, 2nd will get  5000 and 3rd  3000.
• For sanitizing  treadmills will need equipment and off course labours for it.
• We have to make sure that our event meets the environmental health requirements .
• Making sure that catering is done properly this involves

• Mostly our young generation is very interested in esports. We can make good profits from it.
