PLANNING WORKSHOP
LGOOV MARICEL M.BECHAYDA
DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
A process that challenges the LGU to decide in
advance to cause expansion or growth. Its
complexity largely depends on the size and
concerns of the LGU. It requires a lot of decisive
time in preparation and coordination.

This answers 3 simple questions -

where we are now, where do we
want to go and how do we get there.

Words to remember
Sometimes, we put too much passion on the
biggest dreams and priorities in life, that we
fail to love the smallest pleasures from
simple things, we search so much for the
right choices, for the right paths to walk
through, for the right time and for the right
reasons. But life isn’t about searching for
the things that can be found, it is letting the
unexpected to happen and finding things
you never searched for.
Some Insights
PROGRESS
► Is the state of change from bad to good, it is a
journey forward to the development of every
aspect to a higher, better or more advanced stage
of humankind.
► Progress is a universal elements which everyone
aspires to achieve. It is an enduring process
towards the attainment of one’s objective.
Through a thorough study and preparation in a
chosen field of endeavor.
► Progress felt in many ways. Developed
individual may produce a good family,
accountable and transparent governance
precisely shall create a better community.
But one thing I am sure with, if human
being is programmed for good, everybody
will live in a progressive life.
