CHALLENGES
Computing Power

Tolerance Power

Intuitive Thinking

Judging Power
COMPUTING POWER
When Power Goes OFF, Intelligence Goes
OFF!!
• Research suggests that even a small brain of a three
year old child has about one quadrillion synapses.

• This estimate varies for an adult it may range from

100to 500 trillion.

• In order to simulate a low-level brain we require

extremely high computing power.
TOLERANCE POWER
Ability to stand different situations:

1. If a person is angry

2. If you want to respect for which

you disagree
INTUITIVE THINKING

Implementing Human-like Intuition in

AI
Current algorithms and neural models
cannot match the results of human
intuition. ... They lack the ability to
give consistently accurate results.
When information is not sufficient for
drawing any conclusion, the logic
process simply gets stuck.
JUDGING POWER
• The ability of the machine to sense the
personand react to the situation.

• Can machine be smart enough to sense

the person and situation and react to it.

• An example can be the person with the

high heart beat rate, Is happy or sad.
FUTURE OF AI
• Beyond negotiation, Moore says CMU is being several other AI areas
are going to be hugely important in the near future.

• Self Driving Cars.

• Improved Medical Care &

Treatment.

• Open up doors to future

explorations.
DRAWBACKS OF AI

• Many things still beyond the realm of

AI
• No thinking computers
• No abstract Reasoning
• Often AI systems Have Accuracy Limits
• Many things difficult to capture in data
• Sometime Hard to interpret systems
CONCLUSION
With several developments in the last 50 years, they are
still very far to achieve the flexibility and common sense
reasoning like the human minds can do.
Al textbooks define the field as "the study and design of
intelligent agent" in a system that perceives its
environment and take action that maximize the chances
of success.
John McCarthy who coined the term "science and
engineering are making intelligent machines.
Finally we can say that Al is the intelligence of the
machine in the branch of computer science that aims to
create it.
