Activity 1
The closure of schools around the world due to global pandemic posed serious challenges on the delivery
of quality of basic education. As a teacher, the fundamental concerns in terms of curriculum standards
that need to be addressed in order to ensure learning continuity is the continuation of education in the
event of a prolonged school closure or student absence. It is a critical component of school that we have
experience the new normal of learning, as it promotes the continuation of teaching and learning despite
of circumstances that interrupt normal school attendance for one or more students. For example, many
considerations play a role in the development of distance learning programs, such as accessibility, type
and quality of learning materials and the length of time that this type of learning must be maintained.
The following considerations, information, and resources can support schools and districts as they make
plans for continuity of learning in the event of a closure or student absence. I think these concerns could
not be solve by teachers alone, Why? Because I believed in the saying “ No Man is an Island” so with the
help of our principal, co teachers, parents and students we can survive in the new normal of teaching
and learning, and also training is necessary
I am not agree, because there’s a lot of way to be learned and with the help of our government, teachers,
parents and students
