• 1. Exercises regularly-physical activities


are:
• a) going for a walk, for a run;
• b) doing household chores;
• c) taking the stairs, instead of the elevator;
• e) playing at the park, meeting your friend;

• 2. Eat all your three nutritional meals a day and 2
snacks between the meals.
• a) water is a very important component of our lives;
• b) fats, proteins and carbohydrates are all required;
• c) a portion of healty food should consist of fruits,
vegetables (the red, orange and green one are the
best);
• d) whole wheat and brown rice should play a very
important part in our meals;
• e) good protein we can find in red meat, seafood,
eggs, beans and soy products (tofu).

• 3. Sleep enough
• Having a good night sleep is important for our
health, it’s just as important as exercising and
healty eating.
• Why sleep is important:
• Short sleep duration is linked with obesity;
• People who get good and quality sleep tend to eat
fewer calories;
• Sleep is very important for the brain function
(concentration, productivity and congnition)
• Longer sleep has been shown to improve aspects
of athletic performance;

• 3. Sleep enough.
• Sleep quality and duration can have a
major effect on many health risk factors-
heart diseases, stroke, diabetes (Sleep 7-
8h/night!!!);
• Poor sleep quality is linked to depression,
and also linked with an increased risk of
death by suicide.
• Sleep improves our immune function-
sleep at least 7-8h to have minimal
chances to catch the flu.
• Bad sleep affects emotion and reduces
the ability to interact socialy.
Healty lifestyle
• Exercising daily, a balanced diet
containing green vegetables, proteins,
fruit and fats and sleeping well are
essential parts of a healthy lifestyle.
• But feeling happy is also a big part of
a healthy lifestyle.
• Thinking positively is a must!
When a person does not feel happy or
good about themselves, they are not
entirely healthy.
• We must do our best to think
positively, so that we can feel happy
rather than sad.
