Analytical exposition
Analytical exposition is a text that elaborates the
writer‘s idea about the phenomenon surrounding.
And the communicative purpose of analytical
exposision is to convice the reader that the topic
presented is an important topic to discuss or get
attention by giving arguments or opinions that support
the main idea or topic.
Generic Structure of Analytical Exposition
Thesis
In the Thesis section, the author introduces the main
topics or ideas to be discussed. Thesis is always in the
first paragraph in Analytical Exposition Text.     

Argument     
In this section the author presents arguments or
opinions that support the author's main idea, usually in
an Analytical Exposition Text there are more than two
arguments. The more arguments displayed the more
trusting the reader that the topic discussed by the
author is a very important topic or requires attention     
Reiteration   
  This section is the closing part of an Analytical
Exposition Text that is always located at the end of the
paragraph. Reiteration contains rewriting or re-
placement of the main ideas contained in the first
paragraph. Reiteration is also commonly called a
conclusion or conclusion and sometimes contains
recommendations.

THESIS

Mobile phones are very popular means now a days.


This modern technology has changed from its main
function as communicative means to media of
information and entertainment.How is the impact
to students? There must be good and bad impacts of
bringing mobile phone especially for students.
ARGUMENT

Some people agree that mobile phone has many


benefits. Beside as a mean of communication, mobile
phones can be used when people get bored. They can
watch video or listen to music, and also be active in
social media
The good impact for students in school is
as a mean of searching information for lesson
reference. If teachers ask student to find materials in
the internet, mobile phones may help to find the
materials.
Some other people think that mobile phone
has
Bad Impact especially for students.Students are
easily losing Their concentration everytime the
phone rings. For example, BBM notification, SMS
notification, and also a phone call during learning
process make studens lost of focus.
Students are not sensitive to social life because
They often check their mobile phone.Students
prefer chat on social media to chat to his friends
directly.
REITERATION

By those two points of view, the good effect of


bringing mobile phone to school may be the reasons to
bring it. Meanwhile the bad effect should be reduced by
rules of using mobile phone in school
