inderectly in travel-related jobs.

Each chains has it s own job titles and organizational
particularities:
1. Front office manager

Main responsabilities:
 plans the work schedules;
 manage the accounts;
 deal with any problems to do with staff or guests.
2. Receptionist
Main work duties:
 check guests in and out

 take reservations;

 make sure that everyone

is getting the service they


need.
3. Accountant
Main work duties:
 is responsable for his hotel s general accounting;
 auditing;
 cash control.
4. Human resources manager
Main responsabilities:
 is responsable for requiring personnel and assisting
in their selection;
 personnel placement and
training.
5. Food and beverage manager
Main work duties:
 prepare breackfast for guests.
 make barmen s responsabilities in our hotel.
6. Head housekeeper
Main work duties:
 are responsable for maids and all the servecies to do with
rooms
 she looks after laundry and cleanings in other parts of the
hotel.
7. Maid
Main work duties:
 make up the rooms;
 provide towels and bed linen;
 ensure thet everything is ready for new guest.
VI. Conclusion
The employees who come into contact with guests
combine with the appearance, reputation, and
equipment of a property to create the guests final verdict
– a pleasant stay or unplesant one.
