    Patient came with the complaint of pain in the lower back right side since three days.

    HISTORY OF PRESENTING COMPLAIN


    Patient came with the complain of sharp, severe ,throbbing,spontaneous pain since
    three days.The pain was on the lower right side ,posteriorly. Pain continues even after
    stimulus is removed .Pain is exuberated with bending or lying down .Pain radiates
    towards the forehead. Relieved for a short duration on taking medicine.

    • Patient Complains to sensitivity to cold
