Introduction
•Our project is based on online shopping system. It refers to a
website that sells vehicle transportation and vehicle parts. The
action that our website can perform is creating account, buying
products, returning products, customer feedback and product
reviews. It supports both online banking system and cash on
delivery.
History Leading to project
BuyCar.bd have been facing a lot of bad reviews in their
website. Their customer and internal workers are facing
dissatisfaction. So, they approached us to identify and
solve their problem

Missing important features in their website such as
o More payment options to be available
o More Vehicle categorization as according to color, year, model, price and type
o No user login system
o Website color and font are not very user friendly
o The website does not have responsiveness for mobile and tablet. There needs
to be landscape mode for these smaller devices
o Feedback features needs to be added to clearly understand customers point of
view and their problems.

Functional Requirements
1. User will access the system via website.
2. The website will be accessible from any device and any screen size.
3. User must login to get any kind of online banking facilities and to update the
inventory.
4. User needs to give some required information like- Name, Email, Gender, Birth date.
5. The Website must be of HTTPS port.
6. User ID will be minimum 6 characters long and unique.
7. Password will be minimum 8 characters long and must contain at least one
uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and a special case letter like-! @
# $ % etc.
8. Email must be validated.
9. User Interface should be scaled automatically with the screen size.
10. There should be user friendly interface for mobiles as the display size is small.
11. User Interface must be light so that it can work in slow internet.
12. In addition to password protection, we must use Two-factor authentication for better
security
Non-Functional Requirements
1. Response time must me less.
2. Usability is one of the main factors.
3. The system will be easily manageable.
4. The database must have e backup for in case of emergency
5. The system must be thoroughly tested before deployment.
