Class Dojo is an online application and management
tool designed to document and track student behavior,
progress and organize data. The app also allows teachers
to give students and parents feedback instantly. A reward
system is set in place where each student has their own
monster avatar where they can collect points for good
What is Class behavior and completed work. The application can be
Dojo? downloaded on any computer or smart phone allowing for
easy access and open communication from teachers to
parents.
Classroom Use
The application can be used on an
interactive white board in the classroom.
Teachers can give instant feed back to parents
from the classroom. Teachers can document
achievements and behavior through a point-
based reward system. Being able to have one
application to communicate, document and
track students reduces time taken away from
instruction and teaching.

reward system, encouraging positive student and class
behavior.

The cons of Class

•The reward system relies on the teacher rewarding good
behavior which may be problem if the teacher doesn’t
notice it, they won’t be giving accurate or enough
feedback.
•This application needs district approval and parent
consent to be used.
•The sounds and notifications may cause a distraction if
used in the classroom.
•Students who do not have access to a smart phone,
computer or have tech savvy caregivers may also be
neglected in receiving all the benefits from this online
