 Oyo room is an Indian hotel brand founded by
Ritesh Agarwal that owns and operates as well
as aggregates standardised hotel rooms
 It is a service based company.
 It currently operates in 250 indian cities and in
Malaysia,Nepal,China,Japan,US and more.
 Oyo started in Gurgaon(2013),as of now it has
25000 hotels.
 Named as India’s largest budget hotel chain
with free Wifi,Breakfast,affordable ac rooms etc.

 OYO Townhouse which is promoted as the neighbourhood hotel is in the midscale


segment targeted at millennial traveller aspiring premium economy accommodations.
 OYO Home, which OYO claims is India's maiden Home Management System that offers private
homes in different locations and are fully managed by OYO. [46][47]
 OYO Vacation Homes which identifies itself as the world's 3rd largest vacation home brand
with vacation rental management brands Belvilla [48], Danland[49], and DanCenter[50] along with
Germany-based Traum-Ferienwohnungen.
 SilverKey  launched in April 2018, caters to the needs of the corporate travellers undertaking

Promotion:Promoted In Facebook,Twitter,5 million app downloads,#aurkyachaheye videos on youtube,Dubsmash contest,Father’s day
celebrations,Ipl contest..

 People:
 Oyo team comprises of young and energetic people who wants to deliver maximum both for the company and individual growth. With the dynamic
team Oyo also provides a very friendly working environment which helps in the employees work according to their convenience, come up with new
innovations and work beyond their strengths. Even the leaders of Oyo are two youngsters who were driven by the need to create a change in the
hospitability industry of India.

 Process:
 Oyo helps the users to search the hotels according to the location and price. It acts as an intermediate between the hotels and the users and on
booking collect their commission fees as their income. The services provided by the hotel is not in the hands of Oyo but they help users in picking
hotels according to their convenience.

 Physical Evidence:
 Oyo provides a confirmation mail to the users registered email id on booking any room and also send them a confirmation message on their mobile
number which ensures their payment and booking of hotel. This message or email is used to show your room confirmation while check in the
respective hotel. Hence, this completes the marketing mix of Oyo Rooms.
Government initiatve
 OYO Rooms have also associated with 7 state governments under
various initiatives to strengthen our objective to ensure that people
employed in unorganized segments can access growth opportunities
through up-skilling/re-skilling and recognition of prior learning.
 OYO Rooms has been accredited by THSC under the aegis of National
Skill and Development Council, Govt. of India, as an official training
partner in hospitality.
 #OYOforSkillIndia, an initiative from OYO Rooms, is a small
contribution in transforming India through innovation. The training
and certification will help these individuals regain their identity and
open the doors of plethora of hidden opportunities.
 A long-term vision is also to build a professional network of hospitality

Conclusion & Suggestion
 Oyo is doing great.One of the major problems I
find is not much enagagement on social media
even after having good number of likes and
followers.
 I feel there is a disconnect between OYO and its
customers. For Hospitality industry word of
mouth works like charm. OYO need to hear
them, care and reward them
