RETHINKING OF THE PROCESS OF

DIGITALIZATION

The idea of rethinking digitalization is relevant not only for people themselves but also for future of global
business. The question of rapid development of technologies and its effect on human life is the most popular
topic nowadays. People see some kind of enemy in a face of technologies, because feel the fear that might be
replaced by artificial intelligence. The reality is that there is no war between people and technologies and it
happens because of we are not trust and cheapens ourselves.

The words like rethinking, restructuring, rebuilding always scare people, because they can predict their future.
So, in case of building the future of success and pleasure, the idea of rethinking should be at least accepted
and appreciated by the population. Nevertheless the question should be asked: “How different cultures will
respond to these changes and will they even respond?”
 I’ll talk about Ukrainian system of education, which similar
to Post-Soviet countries, such as Latvia, Lithuania,
Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia etc., that is about countries
where preserves such outdated system of education for
many years.
 Government do not want to change it, because possess
certain advantages, such as control, stable situation, no
risks and dangerous. In case of rethinking the approach of
education there are necessary some changes, acquiring of
responsibilities, appearing of trust to people, treating each
citizen as personality along with huge costs of budget and
time for developing, introducing and support of new
system.
 So, my stance that it impossible introduce within 10 or
even 20 years. Worse, right? But that’s reality.
 THE POINT IS…….
 As for many developed countries of Europe or in USA I believe this switch

can happen much more quickly. Only two concerns appear: “Is government
ready to make people smart and happy?” and “Are people ready to change
their perception and awareness?”

 It’s hard for me to predict how global business will benefit from these ideas,

but one thing I’m certain, that will be a revolution, which can turn upside down
the whole way of doing things.
