    RECOMMENDATIONS
     As a first recommendation, it is necessary to be very
    clear what are the requirements and what are the
    processing response times, because false expectations
    can be created regarding the response time of the office
    in charge of the process.
     A second recommendation is that technological channels
    offered by the entities in charge of the process should be
    used. For example, using online services through web
    pages thus avoiding unnecessary travel to offices, where
    the paperwork can de more time-consuming.
