Program Mission Statement
Loving Learners ELC is an early childhood
learning center that specializes in serving
young English language learners and their
families. This program is geared towards
children ages 2 ½  to 5 years old. The
mission of this institution is to promote
academic excellence and social
proficiency for students who are acquiring
English as a second language.
Loving Learners ELC is committed to
providing a multicultural curriculum and
diverse materials that support the
celebration of diversity while meeting
academic standards. Our goal is to
support the development of language
acquisition while maintaining student's
