Summary
1. Healthy Heart program is a combination of Heart News and Nutrition & Fitness
Challenges developed and recommended by our registered dietitians and certified fitness
trainers.
2. The program includes knowledge initiative (Health News), nutrition and fitness initiative
(Health and wellness challenges), and social interaction initiative (Healthmate forum).
