    monitoring and its design
    2) What are the functions (elements) that are
    relevant for use to monitor
    3) Some functions may not be appropriate as
    intended
    Step of the Application
    • Select relevant function (elements) from the
    software
    • Track the work progress (daily)
    • Evaluate using the relevant data (actual start,
    actual finish, actual number of days (seldom can
    be used), physical %, actual cost (if monitor the
    expenditure), note on the overall progress
    • Report weekly or monthly
