WORK PROCEDURE OF BIG DIAMETER JET GROUTING
ON SITE
(1) Survey of utilities

Locate beforehand in the drawing, to investigate the surface of the utilities.

(2) Utilities diversion (If necessary )

(5) Before boring, checking the number of rods and the length as well as quality

(6) After boring to predetermined depth, starting jet
grouting.

Measuring the length of the aerial parts of the rod for


boring to a predetermined depth.

After setting the rod speed to machine, starting jet grouting.

(7) Processing for desludging

Desludging

While working on the jet grouting, desludging will be continued to be discharged.


This desludging will be moved to tank, and will be loaded on the track, it will be moved out of the site.

Grouting time is less than 1/18

Because the rigidity of the rod is high, it is difficult to bend.


(That also compatible to 40m or more depth.)

increases, Big Diameter Jet Grouting enables construction of a vertical case.
