• Opportunities are rather detrimental than being beneficial


• Onsite education , face- face communication are needed
• Online education should never replace actual education
• Pedagogical differences
• No data privacy
• Actors and Social platforms taking advantage of Crisis
• Transfer of information through these platforms
STRUCTURAL DISCRIMINATION AND RISING INEQUALITIES

• New discrimination based on corresponding inequalities.


• Pedagogical and Parental support issues
• Socially vulnerable students
• No daily meals
• No social services from school
• Schools lacks fund
• domestic violence and psychosocial distress, sexual and gender-based violence, child
marriage, child labour, child trafficking and recruitment and use in armed conflict.
• No focus on the realization of human rights.
• Didn’t consider the problems of the vulnerable or non discrimination principle.
ADEQUACY AND INADEQUACY OF REMEDIAL TOOLS:
HIGH-TECH, LOW-TECH AND NO-TECH SOLUTIONS

• Computers, tablets, television screens and radios have been distributed, internet
connections deployed, and learning materials distributed by post or made available in
schoolyards.
• According to UNESCO 826 million students does not have a computer, 706 millions
students doesn’t have internet at home.
 

ISSUES OF AVAILABILITY, ACCESSIBILITY, ACCEPTABILITY AND ADAPTABILITY.

• Economical and other discriminations


• The issue of Digital Access is the major hurdle in e- learning.
• Only 24% of Indian households have an internet facility. Almost 66% of India’s population lives IN
rural area.
• Electricity too is one of the major essentials to run internet and devices.
• Teachers not used to teach online.
