Stencil Testing & Cleaning

Process Detail
 Check the tension meter the reading needel should be on zero
 Placed the tension meter on the edges of the stencil & measured
the value at the 4 corner & center point
 The reading range is (35 to 60) N & the delta difference less then
10N between any two point.
 The stencil cleaning process by machine used the chemical
isoproply alchol to clean the stencil
 The frequency cycle is once in a shift during the starting through
machine
 Every 2 hour on line production manually stencil cleaning by
vaccum pressure or aquous solution

Observation/Suggestion
 Gloves ,mouth mask ,aqueous solution used during cleaning
 Temperature should be maintain as per the standard.
 Check the nozzel & air pressure of the cleaning machine
 Check sheet should be maintain to verify the each visit status.
