Write in the form – We offer X (your solution) to solve the problem of

You must include the following on your slide:

• Your prototype : screenshots/pictures/video/pictures of customers using your


prototype etc.
• Be very clear in explaining how your solution will work
Market Analysis
Explain clearly your market and your customers and what you learnt
from them. Include:

• Picture and brief description of who your core customer is (example: read
about *customer persona*)
• How you improvised your solution through your research findings: insights,
market test results, customer quotes/testimonials/trends/changes that have
happened in the industry
• Remember, Less Content, More Visual
Value Proposition
Explain how you will be different from your competitors

• Mention Customer Jobs


• Explain Customer Pains
• Highlight Customer Gains
The Competition
In this, you mention the competition and how you will be unique. Some
things that can be included in the slide:

• Logos of your competitors


• A pie chart that shows the market share in some way
• At what % CAGR has the industry grown
• How will you be different/unique? (mandatory to explain)
• Remember, BE VISUAL
Business Model
Answer the following here:

• Who will pay you?


• How will you make money?
• What is your pricing like?
• How will you sustain the business with this business model?
• Remember, be very clear here
Financials
What you learnt in your financial analysis will help here. DO NOT
INCLUDE THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT HERE. Briefly mention:

• The Revenue you can make in the next 5 years – just the number
• By when will your business is expected to break – even
• Whether your business has higher or lower fixed costs and how you plan to
recover them
• How much “startup capital” would you need to start?
The Team
Show your team here:

• Names/professional pictures (not compulsory) of each member


• What kind of strengths/roles did each member play – who did research,
prototyping, financial analysis etc.)
• How was the whole team’s experience working together?
The Ask

• What do you seek from your audience?


• Do you want people to join your team?
• Do you need more funding?
• Do you want to get mentors on board? Mention it here.
• Remember, VERY LESS CONTENT
