INTRODUCTION
 Circular is transmitting information from one place to another in case of important
information.
 It is based on the use of new technologies to improve circular system on colleges.
 This proposed method introduces the digital method of sending circular using voice
of transmitting information.

Final Review
OBJECTIVE

 To introduce the wireless method of sending circular using voice for transmitting
information.
 It ensure that the information has been passed via the loud speaker placed in every
class .

OBSERVATION:

 The usage of FM transmitter module will lead to interference of frequency with

security walkie talkie and also many other complex problems.

PROPOSED METHOD:
 In order to avoid these kind of problem we have proposed a method to transmit
the voice signal wirelessly through IOT.

METHODOLOGY

 Text-to-speech device consists of two main modules, the

text processing module and voice processing modules.

 Text processing module captures text , converting the text into voice.
 Voice processing module changes the text into sound and processes it with specific
physical characteristics so that the sound can be understood.
 It is then configured to have a static Web address for ease of access on the network.

Cont…

 Enter the web address on the Google Chrome.

 Copy the circular from the mail and paste it in a Google Text box.
 With help of selector switch the information can be passed to selected classroom.
 The Speech synthesiszer convert the text into audio.
 A speaker is connected to the raspberry pi 3, the converted text will be audible in the
speaker.

Esp board
 Local Wi-Fi network.
 It offers a complete and self-contained WiFi networking solution, it can be used to
host the application or to offload WiFi networking functions from another
application processor.

Selector switch

 It provides full control to manage the number of users.

 Triple Raspberry pi is operated through selector switch. With help of coding the
circular can be passed to selected classroom. It reduces the manual work and usage
of papers.

CONCLUSION
 In this phase wireless voice based circular was implemented in three class rooms.
The proposed system utilize the concept of Text to Speech conversion and
Raspberry pi to transmit the voice . By which the circular can be sent by the users at
anywhere from any location with high data speed.

Final Review
FUTURE SCOPE

 In future the project can be implemented all over the college for passing circular
instead of passing via traditional sheet method. In addition to that Voice messages
and buzzer can be included to indicate the arrival of new circular in our institutions.
