INTRODUCTION
Circular is transmitting information from one place to another in case of important
information.
It is based on the use of new technologies to improve circular system on colleges.
This proposed method introduces the digital method of sending circular using voice
of transmitting information.

CONCLUSION
In this phase wireless voice based circular was implemented in three class rooms.
The proposed system utilize the concept of Text to Speech conversion and
Raspberry pi to transmit the voice . By which the circular can be sent by the users at
anywhere from any location with high data speed.

FUTURE SCOPE
In future the project can be implemented all over the college for passing circular
instead of passing via traditional sheet method. In addition to that Voice messages
and buzzer can be included to indicate the arrival of new circular in our institutions.
