commonly bought for consumption by internal stakeholders for a business that
enable it’s activity.

o Indirect Procurement includes such material and services as follows:

· Professional Services (consultants, advisors)


· Facilities Management and office services (furniture, cleaning)
· Consumables (office supplies, safety supplies, shop floor supplies)
· Industrial Equipment (Compressors, tooling)
· Plant Upkeep Supplies (gaskets, lubricants, repair tools)

· Selection of item via catalogue or manual input by user
· Mandatory to use shopping cart for all indirect procurement
· Shopping cart supports indirect procurement items charged to a cost center
or AFE
· Once the shopping cart is approved a purchase requisition is created in the
system that is available in the Buyers Work List
· Shopping Cart approval is through the cost center and based on HR
structure/ K Level /$ Amount
· All shopping carts require approval
· Offline approval is possible via email
