Developing interpersonal skill
 Interpersonal skill – it is important to develop these skills as they are required in our

professional and personal life on a daily basis. It covers the interaction and exchange of

information between two or more people. It can be verbal or non-verbal. Soft skill require to

develop strong interpersonal skill- teamwork, empathy, respect others opinion.

• Empathy – to develop empathy need to practice listening to your colleagues without

interrupting them. Try to understand the individuals and their emotions rather than

judgment. It will reflects to our sincerity during communicate with our empathy.

• Self – awareness - to work on developing these habits to accurately recognize emotions,

strength, weaknesses, actions and try to understand how these affects around us.

• Respect others thoughts and opinions – to respects the others opinions even if their different
viewpoint at the time of discussion.
• Become mindful of your body language – developing habits to aware of what you are
physically doing during the conversation. Keep the body language open.
 Communication – need to develop trusting relationship with team members so, they feel
comfortable sharing information with us.
