Problem:
• The problem for FedEx and other delivery services
is that the consumers who are making more online
purchases expect to receive their items quicker
than ever.
Solution:
• Automation in logistics processes
• Warehouse management system (WMS), an
application designed to support the day-to-day
operations of a warehouse. It facilitates centralized
management of all the tasks done in a warehouse,
including inventory control, tracking and location
of stock items.

Problem:
• FedEx is receiving many complaints regarding
package stuck at customs.

Solution:
