• She has pulse rate of 110 bests

per minute and a BP of
110/80mmhg while on semi
Fowler’s.
• She has normal capillary refill of
1-2 secs. She is not cyanotic.
Intigumentary Status

• Patient's skin is dry, generally fair,

without pigmentations, no pallor
jaundice or cyanosis noted.
• She has good skin turgor.
