STEPS :
Request to CDA to lease out a piece of land
(5kanal)

After approving a filling station liscence

from oil marketting company TOTAL
PARCO PAKISTAN LIMITED

Then permission from OGRA is taken

After these steps we will go for NOC (no
objection certificate)to Deputy
Commissioner (DC) of islamabad. (4-5)
months

After all these steps we go for construction

phase.

Lease period is for 33 years

Rent for first ten years is 3 lac

For second ten years is 4 lac

For remainning period is 4 lac 50 thousand

TOTAL COST is 41,446,800
