30 to 60 mins

 In this slot I will talk about what is Self efficacy, Self-efficacy is essentially the belief in your
own ability to control your own behavior, emotions, and motivations. It is your belief in your
ability to solve a problem, reach a goal, complete a task, and achieve what you set out to do.For
example, a student who has a high level of self-efficacy in mathematics will feel confident in her
ability to do well in a tough statistics class. Even if she is not particularly skilled at this
particular type of math, her strong self-belief can help. Optimism is about thinking positive ,
having good and happy thoughts about the situation can make you feel confident about that and
can help you reduce your anxiety , and in this way you resolve your life conflicts without panic.
 Will further talk about optimism by giving some life examples so the audience would relate to
that and will do the activity of sharing their examples of increasing self efficacy or how they feel
their thoughts really affects their lives.

 In this slot I will explain that How does self-efficacy

influence self-esteem and will ask audience what they
understood by this and will talk about what should be
preferred.
 A person's confidence in his or her abilities is referred to
as self-efficacy. People who have high self-efficacy tend to
have a high feeling of self-worth, which affects their ability

perform well during an interview. People who feel like they
