Change Over
› Monitoring: Get awareness of the state of machines and process downtimes (online)
› Reporting: Collect data to display OEE key figures Availability, Performance and Quality
Rate, … (created after configured time periods)
› Tracing: Logging of information about when and where which event was handled

Table of Content
› The Log Book report features a detailed overview over the chronological course of
equipment messages, like time states
› The Log Book allows you to change the displayed message type
› The TSA feature allows to change existing time states or time range (permission required)
› Reasons to change the time track:
- A general downtime (like equipment defect) will be categorized after repair
- Several Failure Catalogs can be maintained
› This Report shows the current time state for each equipment under the node selected from
the tree.
› The equipment states appear in different colors indicating the corresponding time states
from the time model.
› This report shows a map of the selected area, with all equipment and their time states.
› For the performance calculation the ideal cycle time (also called SOT Value) is needed
› SOT Values are maintained via channel key combinations (ckc’s)
› Opportunity to show all SOT CKC’s assigned to a specific equipment
› Trend Report of single CKC’s available

Trend Report
› The Trend report chart shows an analysis of the overall frequency of events, differentiated
by the chosen time unit.
› The Compare report displays the number of events for each equipment within the current
node as numerical values
› The Detail report provides a detailed summary of the frequencies for each event or event
group.
› The Tracing report shows a chronological history of the states an equipment has passed
within the given time period
› Only users with the appropriate permissions are able to create dashboards.
› There is a Pulse wikipage in Connext › Depending on your region you can contact:
› The SOT Channel defines the production keys which are used to differ the use cases from
each other
