    Methods of raising finance

     IPO or FPO
     IPO market means change of status being a private company to become a Public
    listed entity
     The Company whose shares is already listed in the stock exchange and again they
    come out with the public issue is termed FPO

     Private placement
     Under Private placement method, a company can make an issue of securities to a
    group of persons not exceeding 200, as per companies Act 2013 and which is
    neither a right issue nor a public issue
