• It’s an orientation program. Which includes:-
Introduction
History of Organization
Mission, Vision and Values
Formal structure and BOD
Code of conduct at work place
Overall profile of co. line of business concepts and
departments
Company’s policy, processes. Travel and leave policies
Reporting structure
Employee welfare / engagement program
“Replacement Praarambh”
It’s a 5 days compulsory formal training for all
levels of employees. It’s basic objective is : -
• To know about the overall business concept,
formats and line of business.
• Products
• Basic about retail
• Offers
• Standard operating procedure(SOP).
• Customer services
• Grooming / hygiene, behavioral and attitudinal
aspects.
• Detailed product knowledge
• Stores visits and practical training
• Examination at the last day
• Feedback
• Evaluation of candidates and final results sent to
respective HR executives.
Functional Training
• After attending formal training(RP), the
functional and objective training is given at
zonal/corporate office to executive & above
level employees.
• There they have “Buddy” system that any
experienced old employee will take the
responsibility of the new joinee at work place
to make employee comfortable
• Then finally the candidate join his/her
department at designated role and place.
