You will need a coin.

Heads represents the dominant allele (e.g E).
Tails represents the recessive allele (e.g. e).

1. Flip the coin twice for each trait and write
down the genotype into the table for the
mum. The allele options are:
- E = 2 eyes - e = 1 eye
- B = Brown eyes - b = Green eyes
- Y = Yellow skin - y = Purple
- H = No hair - h = Hair
- F = No freckles - f = freckles

2. Use the genotypes you have to identify the

phenotype of the mum.
3. Repeat this for the dad.
4. Draw The mum and dad minions above
their tables.
5. Draw a Punnett square for each trait the
babies could have. Give the % chance of
having the recessive traits.
