Self Directed Learning
Self-directed learning is defined as the “process in which
a) individuals take the initiative, with or without the help of
others, in diagnosing their learning needs,
b) formulating goals,
c) identifying human and material resources,
d) choosing and implementing appropriate learning strategies,
e) and evaluating learning outcomes”
