 DEFINITIONS
Air Taxi; a small commercial aircraft which makes short flights on demand.

Air Ambulance; a specially outfitted helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft that transports injured or

sick people in a medical emergency or over distances or terrain impractical for a conventional
ground ambulance in shortest time ASAP.

Air Cargo; any property carried or to be carried in an aircraft. Air cargo comprises air freight, air
express and airmail.

Airline; a company that provides air transport services for traveling passengers and freight.

IR CAO; general requirement;
2-1-1-2 ability to provide enough required budget based annex A
2-1-1-4 introduce CEO (accountable manager) and board of trustees

- general approvals by IR CAO
- Undergraduate for CEO and board of trustees
(Speaker of Board of trustees as a financier would be excluded)

- 5 year experience in aviation or 10 year related job for 2/3 of board of trustees’ members
- 5 year managerial jobs in aviation for CEO
- Possessing PhD & graduate would be two and one year experience respectively
- CEO; Knowing English Language
- Un-transferable responsibilities for technical and operational issues for CEO as accountable manager

Justification project plan
- To get filled in based on IR CAO web site form
- Principle agreement (three months after IR CAO meeting)
- Operating license (would issue for six month and it’ll re-extend only for second six month
- Financial capability

- Financial capability;
- Based on capital and savings (table B)
- 75% based on Bank capital (estates (immovable))
- 25% based on share holders’ belongings (cash or Bank statements)
- Company’s capital never get less than 70% of initial announced and approved budget by IR CAO
 FULL AOC
• Full AOC; can contains all air permitted activities by IR CAO
• Current required budget for full AOC is 100,000,000 USD based on CAD 2000 &
CAD3040 updates

- Minimum aircraft number;
- Based on table (C)
- In all times, Air Taxi A/C shall not get less than mentioned table for any company.
