• Solid Law, only keeps track of their customer portfolio. But


they do not posses any means of recording their customer
satisfaction, even though the success rates with clients are far
more than decent.

• Going from point A to point B is easy and there are many


different ways.

• But does your clients actually prefer those way and


possibilities?

• This is an important issue that had to be addressed. Though,


solid law maintains very close relationship with the clients,
there is a very big threat that clients could still be lost to your
competitors.
Current conditions

• Maintaining a very close relationship with the clients is


very unique.

• Solid law emphasizes to their attorneys that each clients


has their own characteristics and traits.

• And it is important for the attorneys to understand these


characteristics.
Current conditions

• These traits are recorded and also modified in the client


portfolio.

• However, there lies a huge problem, that client would not


disclose everything about their needs in a Face-to-Face sit-
down.
GOALS

1. Realizing the entire customer needs in REAL TIME.

2. Improving working efficiency

3. Getting more recommendations of potential clients from


the existing ones.

4. Keep track of all attorney-client relationship success rate.

Creating various “customer feedback”, “customer satisfactory


rate” etc. and also INTERGRATING THE METHODS IN CRM

Types of methods for obtaining customer satisfaction:

1. Post-Service Surveys
2. Long Email Surveys
3. CSAT
4. NPS

• Real time analysis for present and future.

• Blue print for the attorneys about “WHY” & “HOW” should they
thread with each particular client.

• Mistakes are unavoidable, but we have the tools correct and


not to commit the same mistakes again.
